Supporting Records and Secure Handling

A relevant supporting document is required before checkout for every order. Useful records commonly show your name, the treating clinician or facility, and the relevant condition, symptoms, surgery, or treatment; a brief surgery letter on facility letterhead may also help. Upload records only through the secure intake—not ordinary email or chat. An intake without records is saved for team follow-up and is not sent to Stripe. Payment and review do not guarantee documentation, approval, state acceptance, or timing. Refunds are governed by the published refund policy.
